Black Myth Wukong – Information

A Chinese classic comes to life in Black Myth: Wukong. A 3D Souls-like RPG by the Chinese indie studio that created Art of War: Red Tides and 100 Heroes, Black Myth is based on the 16th Century Chinese novel Journey to the West. You play as the Monkey King himself, Sun Wukong, whom many may know better as Son Goku. A powerful, godlike character, Sun Wukong possesses many abilities, including immense strength, speed, jumping onto clouds, and shape-shifting into many animal forms. He is also the master of a magic iron staff that can change its length at will.

Wukong uses many of these abilities in-game. He can transform into a golden cicada to travel the world and hide from enemies. He can turn into a giant monster and take on mobs of foes, a boulder that is impervious to attacks, or into three flying creatures that hurl lightning bolts. By swinging his magic staff, he can even lay waste to a whole army of armored soldiers. Wukong will need all these powers to face legions of soldiers and monsters inspired by Chinese mythology.
